About Newby Interiors
Mandale Reproductions on Oxford Road, Middlesbrough — part of the Lloyd family’s furniture heritage.
Newby Interiors, also known as Newby House Interiors, is a family-run online furniture retailer, drawing on a family furniture heritage stretching back to 1969.
Our Story
Our family’s roots in furniture go back to 1969, when John Lloyd founded Mandale Reproductions in Middlesbrough. The Oxford Road shop pictured above is part of that history, where our family built decades of experience in furniture and personal customer service.
In 2008, Richard’s parents established Newby House Interiors as an online furniture retailer, bringing that experience to customers across the UK. Richard continued Mandale Reproductions until 2013, adding to the hands-on knowledge and experience he brings to Newby today.
Today, Richard and his wife run Newby Interiors. The family values remain the same — honest advice, reliable service, and quality products.
