Returns Info

If the assembly procedure has not started and you are not satisfied with this item, then we do offer a 14 days return window from the date of delivery

The customer is responsible for the return costs which are £100 per chair due to the size and weight of the box.

For a successful return, we require the unwanted items to be returned in an unused, fully re-saleable condition, using the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging, including the parts pack. We will not accept any returns which are not in their original packaging and show any signs of use
