Items showing "In Stock" on the product page are delivered within 2-3 weeks in England and Wales, and up to 3-4 weeks for Scotland. If an item is shown as "Pre-Order," the due date will be displayed on the product page, and it will be delivered within standard lead-time once back into stock.

You will receive a call from the delivery company to inform you of the delivery date prior to the day of delivery.

Returns Info

If the assembly procedure has not started and you are not satisfied with this item, then we do offer a 14 days return window from the date of delivery

The customer is responsible for the return costs which are £100 per chair due to the size and weight of the box.

For a successful return, we require the unwanted items to be returned in an unused, fully re-saleable condition, using the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging, including the parts pack. We will not accept any returns which are not in their original packaging and show any signs of use
