Leadtime	Items showing "In Stock" on the product page are delivered within 7-10 working days in England and Wales, and up to 14 working days for Scotland (Monday - Friday). If an item is shown as "Pre-Order," the due date will be displayed on the product page, and it will be delivered within standard lead-time once back into stock. You will receive a call to inform you of the delivery date and also via Text/Email on the day of delivery. Deliveries are via courier DPD and only to a ground floor front door. Returns Info

Recliners are a flat pack/self-assembly product and cannot be returned once the assembly procedure has commenced. Please inspect the parts before any assembly.

Any faulty parts will be replaced free of charge and this is covered from the day of delivery up until 12 months.

If the assembly procedure has not started and you are not satisfied with this item, then we do offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the return costs, which are £50 per chair.

For a successful return, we require the unwanted items to be returned in an unused, fully re-saleable condition, using the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging, including the parts pack.
