Leadtime	If the item is showing in stock on the product page, the delivery is within 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday) If an item is Pre-Order, the due date will be shown on the product page and delivered within 5-7 days of coming into stock.

Returns Info

Stool are a self-assembly product. Once the pole has been attached they will not come back apart. Therefore these stools cannot be returned once the assembly procedure has commenced. Please inspect the parts before any assembly.

Any faulty parts will be replaced free of charge and this is covered from the day of delivery up until 12 months.

If the assembly procedure has not started and you are not satisfied with this item, then we do offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the return costs

For a successful return, we require the unwanted items to be returned in an unused, fully re-saleable condition, using the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging, including the parts pack.
