At the heart of this outdoor kitchen is the impressive 6 burner dual fuel BBQ, offering the convenience of gas cooking alongside the traditional flavour of charcoal grilling.

Manufactured with a premium 304-grade stainless steel grill head and robust cast stainless steel burners, the BBQ is designed to deliver excellent outdoor cooking performance.

The generous 97cm x 46cm cooking area provides plenty of room for entertaining family and friends, while the additional rear rotisserie burner and side range burner give you even more flexibility when preparing meals.

Eight illuminated blue LED control knobs add a premium finishing touch, while the cast iron enamelled cooking grids incorporate an oil drip system.

The BBQ cabinet also provides useful lower storage, including two cabinets and three drawers for keeping cooking utensils, accessories and other essentials close at hand.

Integrated Sink and Outdoor Fridge

The left-hand sink cabinet provides a dedicated preparation and cleaning area, featuring a spacious stainless steel sink with a modern mixer tap and convenient internal storage.

Gas Bottle Information

The BBQ is designed to accommodate an 8kg green patio gas bottle, which can be stored neatly within the designated unit.

An 8kg gas bottle can provide approximately 15–30 hours of continuous cooking, depending on burner usage, flame settings and weather conditions.

Please note: The gas bottle is not included. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for gas bottle installation, storage and safe operation.

Care and Maintenance

The Maze Ember Outdoor Kitchen has been designed for year-round outdoor use using durable, weather-resistant materials. Regular cleaning and routine maintenance will help preserve its appearance and performance.

General Cleaning

Clean the cabinetry, handles, shelves and other exterior surfaces regularly using a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and a mild soap solution. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth where possible.

Remove food residue, spills, grease and dirt promptly to prevent build-up. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, wire brushes, harsh chemicals and pressure washers, as these may damage the finish or electrical components.

Sintered Stone Worktops

Although sintered stone is highly durable and resistant to everyday outdoor conditions, we recommend cleaning spills promptly and using chopping boards and heat-resistant trivets when preparing food.

Do not cut directly onto the worktops or place extremely hot cookware directly onto the surface. Avoid heavy impacts and abrasive cleaning products.

BBQ Maintenance

Allow the BBQ to cool completely before cleaning. Remove food residue and excess grease after use, and regularly empty and clean the grease collection tray to help prevent flare-ups.

Check the gas hose and connections for visible signs of damage, keep gas components clean and turn off the gas supply when the BBQ is not being used.

Never attempt to modify or repair the gas system yourself. Any necessary gas repairs or alterations should be undertaken by a suitably qualified professional.

Fridge and Electrical Components

Keep fridge ventilation openings clear and regularly clean the interior, door seals and surrounding cabinet surfaces.

Ensure electrical cables and connections remain clean, dry and free from visible damage. Always follow the individual appliance manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions.

Winter and Severe Weather Care

The Ember kitchen is designed to remain outdoors throughout the year. However, during prolonged periods of severe weather, we recommend checking the cabinetry, worktops, gas connections, electrical components and drainage areas.

Before winter, thoroughly clean the BBQ, empty grease trays, remove food from storage compartments and ensure all ventilation openings remain unobstructed.

Although the kitchen uses weather-resistant materials, the cabinets are not completely watertight. Some water ingress may occur during heavy or wind-driven rain, particularly around doors, joints and appliance openings. Avoid storing items that could be damaged by moisture inside the cabinets.

Where an individual appliance manufacturer recommends seasonal protection, removal or storage, always follow those instructions.
