Home deliveries are available Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the pre-arranged order, the driver will leave a notification card, requesting the customer to contact us to reschedule. Please note, a £60.00 fee will apply for any failed deliveries.
Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature, and no items will be left unattended.
If the product is not suitable, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it to our distributor. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To ensure a successful return, items must be unused, in a fully re-saleable condition, and returned in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
